Frame:

Transmitted serial bit by bit contains a header field and trailer field.

Header field:

Contains address of sender and receiver.

Why movies are to be in 24 fps, if 60 fps is more real?

Watching in 24 fps our eyes can be in relaxed way.
Movies are in 60 fps most theater doesn't fit for playing and it will be expensive.

Converts each frame value to 32 bit integer called tick.
Each tick represents 1/6000 for a sec.
24 frames = 250 ticks per frame.

Smallest increment of time.

30 fps.
